At the request of many users, we have introduced a new role in the recent update of Teamy: the observer. An observer is a member of the team, such as a coach or leader, but does not actively register his or her presence. Therefore, the observer does not participate in tracking attendance. This function can be set by the team administrator. To do this, the subscription of ‘Buddy of Teamy’ is required.
Undoing attendance status
Also in this update, the administrator now has the option to undo previously registered attendance of team members by pressing the button for the relevant attendance status again. The team member in question will receive a notification.
